Big firms give you an account team. We give you the actual people — reachable directly, accountable personally.
Leonard Corsi
President / Managing Broker
Four decades in commercial real estate: development, commercial management, and work alongside some of the industry’s biggest players. Leonard was one of the first green residential developers in Northeast Ohio — building to standards the market hadn’t started asking for yet. A licensed broker in Kansas, Missouri, and Ohio, he carries the firm’s license and sets the standard every engagement is measured against: know the asset, tell the owner the truth, and be reachable when it matters. He answers his own phone.
Nathan Corsi
Property Management & New Business Development
Fifteen years in construction — interior work, framing, and finish carpentry, including running jobs as a general contractor — and nearly a decade touring the country as a bandleader signed with national management. Nathan came to real estate through the trades and his own residential practice, and brings a builder’s eye to property management, contractor coordination, tenant relations, leasing, sales, and new business development. In 2018 he led the team that revived Ranch Mart’s original 1960s Country Fair from the first developer’s own drawings and archives — now the Summer Extravaganza, bigger every year since. Licensed agent and Realtor.
Ryan Schissler
Assistant Director of Sales & Leasing
Ryan places local, regional, and national tenants and markets the centers Graystone represents. Eight years in retail before real estate — five in management — including a stretch at the Ace Hardware in Ranch Mart South, where he decided the career he wanted was on the other side of the landlord’s desk. Licensed in Kansas and Missouri. A Leawood native, Rockhurst High School and JCCC, still active in the Cure of Ars parish. Golf, hiking, and travel fill the rest.
Suzanne Kubas
Office Manager
Twenty years running commercial property management operations for retail lifestyle centers, including an integral role in the development of The Legends. Sue owns the office’s processes and compliance and is HR liaison for every employee. Lease documents, budgets, accruals and forecasting, risk management for properties and events, and tenant and vendor insurance all run through her. Degree in Management and Human Relationships from Mid-American Nazarene College in Olathe.
Gary Mersman
Head of Accounting
Thirty years in accounting, across private country clubs and commercial property management. Gary prepares every financial statement, builds the budgets, oversees the accounting staff, and owns financial analysis across the portfolio. Before the private sector he served ten years in the United States Marine Corps as an inertial navigation technician on Harriers and F/A‑18s. Associate of Arts in Accounting, Craven Community College, New Bern, North Carolina.
Ian Owens
Office Administrator
The heart and soul of the office. Ian is the first voice most tenants, vendors, and visitors meet, and he routes every question to the person who can actually answer it. He spearheads office culture, keeps the place looking as sharp as the centers we manage, keeps smiles on the faces around him — and has never once let the coffee run dry.
